Returns & Refund Policy

This Returns & Refund Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, subscription renewals, and access issues are handled for ClarifyChart ("we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing or using ClarifyChart services, you agree to this policy.

ClarifyChart provides digital products and services, including TradingView indicators, invite-only scripts, free indicators, educational tools, dashboards, communities, and related services. Because our products are digital and access is provided shortly after purchase, all refund requests are subject to the terms below.

1. Digital Product Notice

ClarifyChart products are digital services delivered primarily through TradingView.

There are no physical goods to return.

Once access is granted to an invite-only script, indicator, Discord community, support system, or related digital service, the product is considered delivered.

2. Refund Window

ClarifyChart offers a no-questions-asked 7-day refund window for initial purchases.

Approved refund requests submitted within the first 7 days of an initial purchase are eligible for a 100% refund of the original purchase amount.

This refund window is designed to let new users try ClarifyChart with confidence.

Refund requests submitted after 7 days are not eligible for refund.

3. Subscription Renewals

Subscription plans may include monthly, quarterly, yearly, or other recurring billing periods.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing date.

Renewal payments are generally non-refundable.

Users are responsible for managing and canceling their subscriptions before renewal if they no longer wish to continue using ClarifyChart.

No partial refunds are provided for unused time after a subscription renews.

4. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the available billing portal, account system, payment platform, or official support channel.

Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically refund past payments.

After cancellation, access may remain active until the end of the current paid billing period unless otherwise stated or unless access is terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may be denied in cases including, but not limited to:

  • Refund requests submitted after 7 days
  • Subscription renewals
  • Account sharing
  • Abuse of the refund policy
  • Excessive usage followed by a refund request
  • Chargebacks or payment disputes
  • Violation of the Terms of Service
  • Fraudulent activity
  • Attempted resale or redistribution of access
  • Failure to cancel before renewal
  • Losses from trading or investing activity
  • Dissatisfaction caused by market results or personal trading outcomes

ClarifyChart does not provide refunds due to trading losses, failed trades, failed funded account challenges, or unmet profit expectations.

6. TradingView Username & Access Issues

ClarifyChart access may require a valid TradingView username.

Users are responsible for providing accurate TradingView information.

Refunds may not be provided when access issues are caused by:

  • Incorrect TradingView usernames
  • Changed TradingView usernames
  • TradingView account restrictions
  • TradingView outages
  • User failure to follow access instructions
  • Platform issues outside ClarifyChart’s control

We will make reasonable efforts to help resolve access issues when possible.

7. Free Indicators

ClarifyChart may offer free indicators or public tools under the same brand.

Free tools do not create entitlement to paid services, refunds, compensation, or continued access.

Free indicators may be changed, removed, replaced, or discontinued at any time.

8. Service Updates, Revamps & Replacements

ClarifyChart may update, modify, replace, or fully revamp its indicators, systems, products, pricing, branding, or services over time.

These changes do not automatically qualify users for refunds.

We reserve the right to improve or restructure our services without being required to preserve any specific feature, layout, indicator name, signal style, overlay, or system design.

9. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting us first, we reserve the right to:

  • Immediately revoke access
  • Suspend or terminate your account
  • Deny future purchases
  • Submit evidence of service delivery, access, usage, and agreement to our policies

We encourage users to contact support before opening a payment dispute.

10. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact ClarifyChart through the official support channel listed on our website, email, ticket system, or platform.

Your refund request should include:

  • Your name or account identifier
  • Purchase email
  • TradingView username, if applicable
  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for refund request

We may request additional information to verify your purchase and access history.

11. Processing Time

Approved refunds may take several business days to appear on your original payment method, depending on the payment processor, bank, or card issuer.

ClarifyChart is not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment processors, or card networks.

12. Policy Abuse

ClarifyChart reserves the right to deny refunds, revoke access, or refuse future service if we believe a user is abusing this policy. The 7-day refund window is intended for genuine first-time customers, not repeated temporary access or misuse.

Examples of abuse may include:

  • Repeated purchases and refund requests
  • Attempting to access paid tools temporarily and refund repeatedly
  • Sharing access before requesting a refund
  • Filing false claims
  • Initiating disputes after receiving access

13. Relationship to Terms of Service

This Returns & Refund Policy is part of and should be read together with our Terms of Service.

If there is a conflict between this policy and the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service will control unless otherwise required by law.

14. Changes to This Policy

ClarifyChart may update this Returns & Refund Policy at any time.

The updated version will be posted with a new “Last Updated” date.

Continued use of ClarifyChart after updates are posted means you accept the revised policy.
