You must be at least 18 years old to access or use ClarifyChart services.

By using the service, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years old
• You have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations

ClarifyChart provides educational and analytical tools only.

Nothing provided through ClarifyChart constitutes:

• Financial advice
• Investment advice
• Trading advice
• Portfolio management
• Legal or tax advice
• A recommendation to buy or sell any asset

All indicators, overlays, signals, dashboards, analytics, and educational content are provided for informational and educational purposes only.

Trading and investing involve substantial risk. Users may lose part or all of their capital. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

You are solely responsible for your own trading and financial decisions.

By using ClarifyChart, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Financial markets are volatile and unpredictable
• Any trading strategy can result in losses
• Indicators and analytical tools are inherently imperfect
• No system guarantees profitability or funded account success
• ClarifyChart makes no guarantees regarding accuracy, profitability, performance, or outcomes

You assume full responsibility for all risks associated with your trading activity.

ClarifyChart services are delivered primarily through TradingView, including:

• Invite-only indicators
• Public/free indicators
• Scripts and overlays
• Analytical dashboards and market tools

Access is provided as a limited license, not a transfer of ownership.

ClarifyChart reserves the right to:

• Modify indicators
• Replace systems
• Rename products
• Add or remove features
• Revamp services entirely
• Change pricing or subscription structures
• Discontinue services at any time

We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime, permanent availability, or compatibility with third-party platforms.

TradingView availability and infrastructure are outside of our control.

ClarifyChart may offer monthly, quarterly, yearly, or other recurring subscription plans.

By subscribing, you agree that:

• Your subscription automatically renews unless canceled before the next billing date
• You are responsible for managing and canceling your subscription
• Subscription fees may change in the future
• Continued use after pricing changes constitutes acceptance of the new pricing

Failure to cancel before renewal may result in automatic billing.

No partial refunds are provided for unused subscription periods.

ClarifyChart offers refunds within the first 7 days of an initial purchase.

Refunds are subject to non-refundable service and payment processing costs. As a result, approved refunds typically return approximately 75% of the original purchase amount.

Refunds are not available:

• After 7 days
• For subscription renewals
• For users who violate these Terms
• In cases of abuse, fraud, excessive usage, or account sharing

ClarifyChart reserves the right to deny refund requests at its discretion where abuse or misuse is suspected. All refund decisions are final.

Your subscription and TradingView access are for personal use only.

You may not:

• Share TradingView accounts
• Share invite-only access
• Resell access
• Redistribute scripts or indicators
• Provide access to third parties
• Circumvent restrictions or licensing systems

Violation of this section may result in:

• Immediate termination
• Revocation of access
• Permanent suspension
• Denial of refunds

All ClarifyChart content, branding, scripts, indicators, graphics, dashboards, educational materials, and related systems are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

All rights are reserved.

Users may not:

• Copy or reproduce indicators
• Reverse engineer scripts
• Redistribute proprietary materials
• Create derivative works from proprietary systems
• Use ClarifyChart branding without permission

ClarifyChart™, associated product names, and related branding elements are proprietary property of ClarifyChart.

Initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, or fraudulent claim may result in:

• Immediate access termination
• Permanent suspension from future services
• Denial of future purchases

ClarifyChart reserves the right to dispute chargebacks using:

• Usage records
• Access logs
• Acceptance of these Terms
• Evidence of service delivery

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClarifyChart shall not be liable for:

• Trading losses
• Loss of profits
• Loss of data
• Business interruption
• Indirect or consequential damages
• Emotional distress or financial hardship resulting from trading activity

Use of the service is entirely at your own risk.

ClarifyChart provides services on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind.

ClarifyChart does not guarantee:

• Profitability
• Accuracy
• Winning trades
• Funded account success
• Signal quality
• Specific market outcomes
• Continuous uptime or availability

All tools are probabilistic and educational in nature.

Support may be provided through:

• Email
• Ticket systems
• Discord communities
• Other communication channels operated by ClarifyChart

Response times are not guaranteed.

ClarifyChart reserves the right to limit or refuse support in cases involving abuse, harassment, fraud, or violations of these Terms.

Users agree not to:

• Abuse support staff or community members
• Engage in harassment or threats
• Misrepresent ClarifyChart services
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems
• Use services for unlawful purposes

ClarifyChart reserves the right to remove or ban users violating these standards.

ClarifyChart is an evolving platform.

We reserve the right to:

• Rebuild indicators
• Replace services with updated versions
• Modify features and interfaces
• Change product names or branding
• Transition users to newer systems

Users acknowledge that services may evolve significantly over time.

ClarifyChart reserves the right to suspend or terminate access at any time, with or without notice, for reasons including:

• Violations of these Terms
• Fraud or abuse
• Chargebacks or disputes
• Account sharing
• Unauthorized redistribution
• Harmful or disruptive conduct

Termination does not entitle users to refunds.
